During his 18 years of extensive experience in sales and training, the visionary has worked with many renowned brands, including GE Countrywide, Standard Chartered Bank, SCILL-Singapore, etc.

Mariam Rangwala - Director

Mariam Rangwala is successfully spearheading Creating Impact on higher latitude with her passion for training and teaching. She has done her master’s degrees in both English and economics. With over 15 years of experience in training, learning & development, and sales strategy, Mariam effectively oversees the organisation’s sales, design, New Product development, and other significant activities.

The Beginning & Journey so Far

Sales consulting always require some format of training and development. While delivering one such consultation, Sidharth Bhandari felt the need for a Learning & Development firm that not only does training but also provides the result to the clients. After a lot of research, he came up with the idea of Creating Impact and started developing practical tools that act as a catalyst in people development & organizational growth. The initiative started for 25 people today has grown into giant training Firm training over 30 lakh individuals with a thriving portfolio of 200+ clients, including some of the top multinational corporations, and offers a comprehensive range of learning & development and sales consulting solutions. Recently, it has won the prestigious ITA – Innovative Trainer Award by ISTD for its result-driven training & Consulting process.

Milestones on the Way Since Founding

2012: The innovative seed of Creating Impact was sown with five clients and a team of 2 people in Sales Consulting and Training & Development.

2015: The firm signed Training & consulting work with 25 clients, and the team size increased to 5 people.

2017: It won the ISTD award, added an E-Learning portfolio to its offerings, and became a preferred learning partner to 50 Clients.

2019: The company reached its centennial milestone and became a learning and consulting partner for 120 corporates. The business acquired a more ample, self-owned space and recruited more than 100 trainers and consultants around India.

2020: Partnered with the leading tech innovations in the field of Learning & Consulting to empower organizations in the COVID- work from home scenario.

2022: It is working with 200+ corporates with an employee strength of 25 team members offering consulting solutions through LMS, E-Learning content, and workplace compliance.
