Before establishing TPM Consultants, he served as an Assistant Director within the Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties. In this role, he played a pivotal part in formulating questionnaires and amendments, representing the Government across various jurisdictions. Driven by a courageous entrepreneurial spirit, he made the bold decision to resign from his government position and venture into private practice, ultimately founding TPM Consultants.

Armed with an M.A. in Economics from Rajasthan University, she brings invaluable expertise from her 14-years tenure at Punjab National Bank. Mrs. Gupta is the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Administration.
As a leader, she has ensured that the TPM team is woven together like a family. She is the backbone of the success of TPM by ensuring that operational and strategic goals are realised while creating a positive work environment that allows the team to develop. Under her able guidance, TPM has grown manifolds over the years, to achieve its vision.
Mr. Praveen Khandelwal, an unwavering entrepreneur, has been a cornerstone of TPM’s journey since its inception. With a global perspective, he has skillfully navigated trade remedial cases in regions such as the US, European Union, Brazil, Argentina, and Indonesia. His academic foundation includes a commerce degree from Ajmer University, Ajmer.
Mr. Rajesh Sharma, another determined entrepreneur, has been an integral part of TPM for over 20 years. As the head of the litigation team, he has effectively represented various industries before CESTAT, the High Courts and the Supreme Court. Mr. Sharma’s academic background includes a law degree from Rajasthan University, Jaipur-Rajasthan.
