Mansa Devi Temple
This temple is dedicated to the goddess of Mansa Devi who is a kind of shakti that has been generated from Lord shiva's mind. It is one of the famous temples known in Haridwar. It is known as one of the Panch births in Haridwar or the five pilgrimages in Haridwar. It is situated on the top of the Bilwa Parvat in the Shivalik Hills. From the name of this temple, it gives its meaning Mansa which means wish so the temple is known that it will definably full fill your wishes. The best time to visit it is 5:00 am to 9:00 pm and the arti at 5:30 am.
Patanjali Yoga Peth
It is the biggest research institute for yoga and ayurvedic. This institute was founded by Rishi Patanjali who is known for the invention of Yoga and Baba Ramdev's flagship project. People who are interested in learning about the research and study of Ayurveda which is properly all about natural elements should visit Haridwar and should see this. It was established in 2006 for yoga, and ayurvedic research, and not only that it also gives ayurvedic medicines. Daksheswara Mahadev Temple
From the name of the temple, you can guess easily which ideal is prayed here “Lord Shiva” and goddess “Sati”. Near this Yajna Kund is there where devotees come to take a dip in this holy water after praying in the temple. One of the Shiv Linga is also kept there which is the other part of the temple. The name of this temple was given after King Daksha Prajapati.
Bharat Mata Mandir
This mandir was made for the people who were there to build India. The late Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi inaugurated the Bharat Mata Temple in 1983. The statue also is present to show the design of the Mother of India. This temple is present at the height of 180 feet and has the 8th floor with a specific theme. This temple has some décor that is related to all our country’s beauty and the Goddess of India like a four-armed Hindu goddess, wearing saffron color robes, holding a book, and sheaves of rice.
Sapt rishi ashram
According to Sapt's mythological records river, Ganga had split into seven streams so that the sages were not distributed by the sound of gushing water. Connecting to this reason the ashram has been also given one more name Sapt Sarovar or sapt Rishi Kund. This ashram is very famous. It was established by Guru Goswami Dutta in 1943. This ashram is famous for its meditation purposes which makes it more special than anything. The ashram has a well-maintained complex with a residential hostel and Sanskrit school for poor children.
Parad Shiva linga
It is famously known because it is a unique religious site housed in Harihar Ashram, Haridwar on the Kankhal road.
