After finishing his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru, Jaya started his career by co-founding Neta, a data mining-based internet personalization company located in the San-Francisco Bay area, later absorbed by the Walt Disney Internet Group.
Jaya has been appointed to spearhead the Bengaluru-based Global Capability Center, driving the industry toward the next generation of retailing, distribution, and fulfilment in the travel and tourism industry
Sandeep Bhasin: Vice President, Software Engineering, Sabre Global Capability Center, Bengaluru.
Sandeep Bhasin has earned a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur and had already amassed ten years' worth of experience in Dell EMC as Senior Director, Software Engineering, before joining Sabre.
His contributions to the market are undeniable with his delivery of 1.0 products like Storage resource manager and Cloud management for CI/HCI. Before his stint in Dell EMC, he served Wipro Technologies India for 8-long years in building Brocade communications through off-shore development centres.
He has also worked in the United States with IBM and Citicorp, building complex, distributed OLTP software systems utilizing the evolving middleware solutions.
Sriram Gopalaswamy: Vice President, Information systems, Sabre Global Capability Center, Bengaluru
Graduating from the University of Madras and completing EGMP in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bengaluru, Sriram Gopalaswamy only joined Sabre in 2018. Before this, he was the Senior Director of Operations at Syniverse.
He also has 13 years of experience working with Oracle Corporation as a Senior Development Manager leading the Indian Engineering division of the Oracle Cloud Automation platform. He also led the engineering of the Oracle Disaster Recovery Platform in performing disaster recovery tests on multiple products.
Sriram is he author of the patent “Simplifying automate software maintenance of data centers”.
Rency Mathew: People Leader, India, and South Asia, Global Capability Center, Bengaluru, Sabre Corporation
Obtaining a Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Rency Mathew has 22 years of extensive experience delivering HR solutions. She has led multiple HR teams and worked with Scientific Games, IBM, Delphi Automotive System, and Trilogy before joining Sabre.
‘Choice’ & ‘Personalization’ are two significant aspects of the travel industry. Acknowledging the choices of customers and the personalization delivered through AI/ML technology has become incessantly crucial for the business.
