This initiative offers rental and leasing services for cars, commercial vehicles, and construction equipment to both individuals and businesses across Oman. “Our goal with MHD Leasing is to provide accessible, high-quality rental services that support Oman’s domestic tourism and business growth,” says Mr Bahrani. “By expanding our operations to include airport services, we’re aiming to become the preferred choice for tourists and residents alike, contributing to Oman’s tourism sector through excellent service and a diverse fleet.”

Over the past few years, MHD ACERE has significantly expanded its sales and aftersales networks across Oman. Mr Bahrani shares, “Doubling the numbers of aftersales areas and adding new sales locations had its challenges. Despite that, our commitment to exceptional customer service has driven our success. Winning the Best Customer Satisfaction Award for MG Motors in the Middle East for 2023 validated the effectiveness of our efforts.”

The company now operates 14 service centres nationwide. Mr. Bahrani adds, “We are focused on ensuring timely and high-quality service through our expanding network, staffed with trained professionals and equipped with the latest technology.”

Navigating the Pandemic

Every business faces challenges, and MHD ACERE was no exception. The Covid-19 pandemic, however, brought unprecedented difficulties. Mr. Bahrani recalls, “The pandemic was a humbling experience. In response, we merged several of our verticals to optimise operations.” The shift to digital communication channels, including websites and social media, was crucial for maintaining continuity and expanding customer engagement. As Mr. Bahrani noted, “Stepping into the role of CEO during the onset of the global pandemic, I knew we needed innovative strategies. We introduced e-commerce operations for Jaguar, Land Rover, and MG Motors, streamlining the car buying process to just three clicks.” This approach not only ensured stability but also positioned the company for growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Achievements in Business and Youth Empowerment

Mr. Mohsin Hani Al-Bahrani stands out as an influential leader in the Sultanate of Oman.
