Mr. Rahul Mutha, the Founder, and CEO of Designers Concept has always had a keen eye and has been contemplating the design of everything. From a young age, He had an innate curiosity about how systems work in nature.
This curiosity led him to be the first in his family to pursue a formal education in architecture, and during the course, he knew he had found his calling in life.
With his strong passion and insight, he took a leap of faith and founded Designers Concept entirely on his own, and today, the firm has offices across Pune, Mumbai, and Jaipur.
As a founder, Mr. Rahul Mutha’s dedication to his work is unparalleled. He quotes Steve Jobs, “Design is everything,” to summarize his work. Discussing the future of architecture, Mr. Rahul says, “Technology will lead the way.”
In spite of his tremendous success and incredible achievements, he stays exceptionally humble, showcased by the following statement, “Put your heart and soul into everything you do, no matter how small. Mr. Rahul Mutha is currently working on recycling the waste materials of an interior design site with the help of PMC, which includes identifying, segregating, and color coding the waste material and then reusing or recycling them.
Like every other business, Designers Concept too had its ups and downs. There were several hurdles across the way, but the team at Designers Concept managed to rebound and learn from them.
They have faced several challenges, from efficiently managing their time to delivering projects with faster turnarounds to maintaining client expectations.
Another set of challenges they came across by selling their big ideas to clients and introducing trends and timeless styles. Handling the self-promotion of their brand was another major challenge along their journey.
To start a business and manage constant growth, there is a need to follow some distinctive steps. The first step is creating a vision. You can not do it all alone; managing your staff and outsourcing operations is necessary.
Other important steps are being transparent in billing, planning client strategy, and maintaining relations. The Designers Concept team overcame all the hurdles by managing their costs and time and were able to sell their design ideas and maintain client expectations.

With the onset of the digital revolution, social media will mean business, and the design will get increasingly digital. As people get more creative, no more copying of existing trends will do. Originality will be more important than ever.
