As the CEO of VetCetera Health Care Pvt Ltd, he brings a versatile and high-energy approach to his role, successfully pioneering new horizons in animal care solutions through the fusion of science and technology.
With a rich background in the business industry, Mr Manoj has excelled in multicultural settings and executed various strategies that have transformed the operations of the industry, reaching global markets.
With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from DB Pampa College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, Mr Manoj brings a strong educational foundation and 25 years of roaring experience in the healthcare market.
Beginning his career as a Medical Representative with Cipla in 1998, Mr Manoj worked with Zydus Cadila, Orchid, and Merck, before moving to Apollo.
During his tenure at Apollo Group of Hospitals, he held positions of Head of Business Development & Marketing and Marketing Manager in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, developing valuable skillsets and expertise.
Drawing upon his extensive business acumen and farsightedness honed during years of experience in the Middle East, Mr Manoj recognised the untapped potential in research and development (R&D) within the veterinary products field.
Showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit, he ventured into the animal healthcare sector and established VetCetera Health Animal Health in 2018. This marked the beginning of his journey in veterinary medicine and diagnostics, driven by a passion for bringing innovation to the industry.
Backed by extensive experience in spearheading numerous new business ventures within the healthcare sector, Mr Manoj has demonstrated his expertise in planning, negotiating, and integrating regional strategies while aligning them with local requirements.
As the Founder, CEO, and Director of VetCetera Health Care Pvt Ltd, he has played a pivotal role in driving the Veterinary division’s success in India and successfully facilitated product distribution through exclusive distributors in Oman, UAE, Seychelles, Tunisia, and Costa Rica.

Within three months of its establishment, VetCetera registered its signature brand ACCUVET, known for its diagnostic kits for small and large animals.
The success of their initial product led to the launch of WoundCet Gel (50gm) and, subsequently WoundCet Spray.
