NeonBerry Media began its journey in 2021 with an aim to strike the right chord between brands and consumers. With focused efforts on content creation and social media and marketing strategies, the company is aiding the brands to create value in the industry to help them resonate with their audience. The unique approach of combining marketing strategies and creativity brings a fresh perspective to the table. Transparency is one of the main aspects of our company that we follow religiously and it helps us in building solid trust with the brands. While many brands tend to follow the traditional approach, we help them take a route of traditional and the latest trends for better outcomes and wider reach.

What do you think your firm’s mission and vision are?

Our firm believes in taking brands to the next level by creating the right strategies for them. The firm focuses on the brand’s growth with consistent effort, providing assistance and helping them to build a community with the audience. We put a strong emphasis on combining the power of marketing and creativity which enables brands to create powerful identities and establish a long-lasting connection with the audience.

Briefly tell us about yourself, your industry, and your brand

My journey as a digital creator started in 2020 when my husband and I were posting food pictures. However, soon we shifted to a couple of blogging and our content on Piyush Yamini Offcial page gained an overwhelming response from the audience within a short span. We wanted to create more unique, fresh, and interesting content for our audience. I shared my pregnancy experience which helped a lot of women in many ways. It was during this time, I realized the huge potential of social media and how leveraging the power of social media in the right way can create a larger community. With the aim of helping brands to reach a wider audience and create bigger and better impacts in the industry, NeonBerry Media commenced its journey.

How would you define success for the firm? What are the recognitions it has earned over the years?

Within a year of its inception, our agency gained a prominent clientele base. Moreover, the faith and trust that clients have shown towards our approach and method, have been definitely instrumental in shaping us for the better. Our work has been recently recognized in renowned print and electronic media like Hindustan times, Dainik Jagran, Pragati Express, Indian Horizon, Insights Success, NDTV, and many more.

In your entrepreneurial journey, how did you overcome the challenges?

There have been various challenges from society, family, and work. Postpartum anxiety, stress issues, and balancing family and work, in my entrepreneurial journey. What kept me going was having a positive mindset and being calm and composed. My husband’s support throughout my journey has been extremely important and it motivated and pushed me to work harder toward my aspirations.

I am the CEO and Founder of NeonBerry Media, a bespoke public relations and digital marketing agency. My previous experiences include working at Ernst & Young and Influence Technolabs as a Marketing head. I gained expertise and insights about branding, and marketing strategies from my past workplaces which helped me to have a profound knowledge of social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Our thoughtful, interesting, and exclusive content on PiyushYaminiOfficial has not only won the hearts of millions but also has been recognized by various platforms like ScoopWhoop, Humans of Bombay, and many more. Meta considers me one of the top content creators in India today. It was through my passion and hard work that I achieved success and collaborated with some of the biggest brands out there, from First Cry to Facebook, Phillips to Johnson’s.

Major milestones for the company since founding

NeonBerry Media’s growth has been phenomenal. Our company’s growth is 50% which is much higher than the market growth. Being recognized by Meta and working with them as partners, has definitely been the biggest milestone in our journey.

What is the business problem it hopes to solve with its solutions and offerings?

There are a lot of constraints from the brands’ end and many people like to stick to old-school methods. Whereas, we have to understand that marketing is a creative and dynamic field that requires the perfect balance of technique and trend. Our firm focuses on bringing in new approaches along with traditional methods and creating an ultimate creative strategy for the brands.

What are the upcoming trends in your industry?

Instagram is growing exponentially. Even prominent brands and businesses are trying to establish a solid brand identity through Instagram. Hence, having a robust presence on Instagram is definitely one of the upcoming trends. Besides, short-form content such as reels, and shorts are gaining immense popularity, and brands must leverage this trend to have a wider reach.

What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?

Keeping up with market trends and upskilling ourselves is a constant process for us. Our goal is to make social media advertisements more dynamic. The majority of ads are seen as graphic formats, but we hope to get them on reels as well, making them more interactive and relatable.

What does the future hold for the company in the next five years?

Founded in 2021, our PR and marketing firm soon started gaining prominence in the industry and client growth has been booming. We have been able to build a strong bond with our Indian audience and in the next five years, we want to make it bigger in India. We want to take small-scale businesses to the next level and we wish to keep our focus only in India and currently not thinking of investing abroad.

Road map & future plans

In the future, we definitely want to make it big in India. We constantly learn through hit and trial and incorporate all the insights and learnings from our experiences. We wish to have a robust clientele and want to be known as the go-to destination for content creation, social media strategies, and digital marketing.

Enlighten us on a piece of advice you would like to offer to young entrepreneurs

Perseverance and consistency are two mantras that you have to swear by when you are starting your entrepreneurial journey. There will be setbacks and hardships, but you must not let that down your spirit. Be consistent with your hard work and be resilient and you will surely be able to fulfill your dreams and aspirations.
