A group of lawyers raised concerns about her involvement with Kader Khan and demanded her arrest. However, she expressed her belief in the justice system.

In 2019, Nusrat Jahan married businessman Nikhil Jain in a grand ceremony in Turkey, attended by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and other celebrities. Later, she stated that their marriage was not legally binding, considering it a live-in relationship. A Kolkata court eventually ruled their marriage as legally invalid.

Nusrat Jahan's personal life continued to draw public interest when she began a relationship with actor Yash Dasgupta. As of December 2021, their marital status remained undisclosed. In August 2021, she gave birth to a son, with the child's birth certificate naming Yash Dasgupta as the father.
