Agnimitra Paul's foray into the fashion world expanded with the launch of her own fashion label, "Inga," a brand that resonated with fashion enthusiasts across the country. As the BJP Mahila Morcha president, Agnimitra Paul took proactive steps to empower women. She organised "Uma," a self-defence training workshop that reached women across 23 districts in West Bengal. Her dedication to women's welfare and empowerment is evident in her tireless efforts.

In the 2021 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election, Agnimitra Paul emerged victorious from Asansol Dakshin Vidhan Sabha, a testament to her growing political influence.
