Founded in 2001 by Ar. Rohit Surendra Nagia and Int. Apeksha Nagia, MDAPL has completed over 590 projects, ranging from high-end residences to corporate offices and factories. Ar. Rohit Surendra Nagia, a graduate of the CEPT School of Architecture and a certified GRIHA trainer, is known for his emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. His published works, Creating Urbane HQ's: The 1st Step and Money Generating Building 2.0, are key references in green construction.
Int. Apeksha Nagia, an alumna of the CEPT School of Interior Design, brings a passion for Indian arts and crafts to her projects, integrating green elements into her work. She is the author of Getting Them Started, which focuses on corporate design for startups.
