Galgotias University and School For All Are Organising FDP Program 23-27 January 2023

Galgotias University School of Liberal Education and School For All’s Faculty Development Program on Excellence in Research, Consultancy, Personal Brand Building and Global Impact in Higher Education in 21 Century is scheduled from 23rd Jan 2023 to 27th Jan 2023 at Galgotias Campus, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Galgotias University School Of Liberal Education, in collaboration with School For All, is organising a Faculty Development Program to upgrade the academic and intellectual environment in the Institution to advance the skills and knowledge of the faculty members. The program being organised is on the topic “Research, Consultancy, Personal Brand Building and Global Impact in Higher Education in 21 Century” under the guidance of Dr Surojit Saha, Co-Founder and CEO of School For All and Prof. Dr Anuradha Parasar, Co-Chiarperson, IQAC and Dean, School of Liberal Education, Galgotias University from 23rd Jan 2023 to 27th Jan 2023 at Galgotias Campus, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Spread over the course of five days; the Boot Camp will be an activity-based program with workshops on the topic ‘Excellence in Research, Consultancy, Personal Brand Building and Teaching in Higher Education in the 21st Century’ in the first half of the session. The second half will contain lectures from the keynote speakers and Team Work & Assignment sessions involving the participants to put into practice what they learnt in the first half.

The day will begin with Registration for the Boot Camp and the Inaugural Session with the introduction of the honourable guests and speakers, including Shri Suneel Galgotia, Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar, Prof. (Dr.) K. Mallikharjuna Babu, Dr Surojit Saha, and Mr Amitava Roy. After the Vote of Thanks session with Prof. (Dr.) Avadhesh Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor, GU, the day will proceed on to Workshop I with Dr Surojit Saha, Shrikant Pandey, and Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar. The first half of the session will end with Best Wishes by Mr Nitin Gaur.

The second half will begin with a session with Ms Nidhi Raina on the topic ‘Personal Excellence: The Game Changer.’ After a break, there will be a session on ‘Research Intervention on Government Initiative’ with Dr Surbhi Pandey and ‘Psychological First Aid’ with Prof. (Dr.) Shikha Srivastava. After the Best Wishes session by Prof. (Dr.) Renu Luthra, the day will conclude after a personal brand workbook session.

The day will begin with an assignment review session and then proceed to Workshop II with Dr Surojit Saha, Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar. The first half of the session will end with Best Wishes by Prof Amitabh Bhattacharya.

The second half will begin with a session with Prof. (Dr.) Shikha Srivastava and Dr Shadab Ahmad Ansari on the topic ‘Career Alignment-MBTI.’ After that, there will be a session on ‘Branding - The Road Map’ with Mr Raj Singh Bhati. After a break, there will be a session on ‘Video Profile, Film Making and Advertisement’ with Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar, Ms Akshata Sawant, and Dr Niky Tiwari. After the Best Wishes session by Ms Shilpi Chandra, the day will conclude with a personal brand workbook session.

The day will begin with an assignment review session and then proceed to a session with Mr Avnish Sabharwal, MD, on the topic ‘Future of Teaching in the 21st Century.’ It will also include Workshop III with Dr Surojit Saha, Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar. The first half of the session will end with Best Wishes by Prof. Raju Hazare.

The second half will begin with a session with Mr Niaz Waris on the topic ‘Teaching in Global Classroom in the 21st century.’ After that, there will be a session on ‘Optimization of Journal Selection for Scientific Publication' with Dr Gaurav Kumar. After a team activity and the Best Wishes session by Prof. Swaminathan, the day will conclude with a personal brand workbook session.

The day will contain the Personal Brand Workbook, Completing Project Work and Feedback & Experience Sharing session, including the participants.

The day will begin with an assignment review session and then proceed to Workshop IV with Adv. Aradhana Galgotia, Mr Sushmit Sen, and Ms Smita Prasad and Best wishes by Prof. P. K. Sharma. The day will proceed to Workshop V with Mr S. Vinayaka Babu, Ranjit Ravindran, Dr Surojit Saha, and Prof. (Dr.) Anuradha Parasar. The first half of the session will end with Best Wishes by Dr Anamika Pandey.

The second half will begin with a session with Mr Rajeev Khade on the topic ‘Modern Technologies & Its Trends that are Set to Revolutionize various Sectors.’ After Best Wishes sessions by Adv. Aradhana Galgotia and Shri Dhruv Galgotia, the day will proceed to Feedback & Experience Sharing. Post that, the Valedictory Session will mark the end of the day and the Boot Camp.
