CES AsiaTM announced that the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) granted CES Asia 2017 an "Official Trade Event" Certification for the second year in a row. This certification provides CES Asia with a myriad of benefits designed to support the show and encourage participation by U.S. companies, while strengthening trade relations between the U.S. and China. Owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)TM and co-produced by Shanghai Intex, the third annual CES Asia 2017 will take place June 7-9 in Shanghai, China.

USDOC's Trade Fair Certification program is designed to increase U.S. exports and involvement of U.S. companies in international tradeshows by creating partnerships between private sector show organizers and the U.S. government. The program provides various benefits including a USDOC endorsement, show-related services, oversight and coordination of event logistics, promotional support, exhibitor marketing facilitation and in-country/show site assistance.
