With a strong and reliable customer base spanning across 19 countries, Samirika Exports offers complete solutions to hardware requirements, both for internal and external use, with customised DIY packing for its products.
The company boasts an impressive clientele and is an OEM supplier to some of the largest companies in the UK, Europe, and the US. The company is ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certified and audited under SEDEX.

A second-generation entrepreneur, Sahil boasts a strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Warwick University in the UK and a Master’s in Business Management from the London School of Economics. In 2012, Sahil joined his father’s company and has been passionate about his work since.
An ambitious professional striving constantly for excellence, Sahil enjoys playing golf and swimming during his free time. He has a supportive wife and a loving child who provide him with the motivation to succeed.

Sahil’s inspiration to become an entrepreneur stems from his father, who started Samirika Exports from scratch. His mother has been his support system, giving him the strength to achieve his goals.

The difference in the work ethics in India and the West came as a challenge for Sahil. Having spent over five years in the UK, adapting to the work culture in India took some time, but with patience, he was able to overcome these challenges successfully.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sahil developed an analytical approach to his work, which laid the perfect platform for growth for him.
“Entrepreneurship has always been the goal for me. Carrying forward the family business is a huge responsibility. The risks associated with this line of work keep you on your toes, which is how it should be. It is the satisfaction that comes with generating income for families associated with the business that drives me.”

Coming from a close-knit family, Sahil values Honesty and Integrity and incorporates these into his leadership. He believes that leadership is not only about delegating tasks and making decisions but also about leading by example and creating a culture of trust and transparency.
