Dr. Rajesh Luthra, born on 5th November 1968 in Durgapur, is one of India’s accomplished professionals in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations. With over three and a half decades of experience, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and operational excellence. Academically distinguished, Mr. Rajesh Luthra completed his B.Tech (Honours) from REC Kurukshetra, now the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where he built a strong foundation in engineering and industrial systems. Understanding the importance of management in industrial leadership, he further pursued an MBA, strengthening his managerial and strategic capabilities.

Driven by continuous learning, Mr. Luthra enhanced his expertise through executive education at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He also became a VLFM Graduate (Visionary Leader for Future Manufacturing) under the collaborative initiative of CII and JAICA, sponsored by his organisation TAFE. Through this prestigious program, he specialised in Value Stream Mapping (VSME), Capacity Planning, Supply Chain Optimisation, and Operations Management, further strengthening his ability to improve productivity, efficiency, and innovation across manufacturing ecosystems.
