Shifting from technology and business to healthcare, I have built my career around several opportunities where innovation can create meaningful impact. My experience taught me to leave my comfort zones and learn continuously from changing markets, customers and circumstances.

Understanding The Problem Before Building The Solution

For me, the most important quality is to understand the problem before thinking of a solution. In a market where business competes for attention through technology and aggressive marketing, success depends on whether a venture addresses a customer need.

The perspective becomes more important in healthcare, where innovation must go hand in hand with responsibility and trust. Through Risaa IVF, I have focused on building a patient focused approach to fertility care. Risaa IVF, established in 2012, has expanded mainly across India, Nepal and Bangladesh, offering fertility treatments and personalized care to couples wishing to build families.

Adaptability, Action & Growth

Entrepreneurs must be adaptable to change. Flexibility would be required as customer expectations, technologies and market conditions could change rapidly. I believe in learning from setbacks, not letting failure become a roadblock.” My philosophy is “fail fast and rise early”, which is about learning fast, adapting and moving ahead with the plan.

While working with Neos Angels, it has strengthened my knowledge of the startup ecosystem. I have invested in more than 30 startups in several fields like healthcare, edtech, consumer brands and social impact, while supporting founders through his mentorship and strategic guidance.

Entrepreneurship goes beyond financial growth for me. It is about creating business that can adapt, scale and generate meaningful value. My journey speaks how a founder can combine technology, healthcare, investment and social impact to build an entrepreneurial career that extends beyond a single venture.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Technology, an MBA, an Advanced Management Program in Healthcare, and a PhD in Finance.
