He worked in Dealer Development with notable brands like Hyundai, Mahindra, and Nissan across various Indian cities. His most recent role at Hyundai’s Gurgaon office further honed his expertise and contributed to the company’s success.
Despite his accomplishments, Mr Arun’s ambitions reached beyond the corporate sphere. He explains, “Encouraged by my ‘brother from another mother,’ Deependra, who is the Managing Director of Acquire Projects Pvt Ltd, I decided to venture into entrepreneurship. Deependra recognised my eagerness to explore new horizons and dive into the entrepreneurial world.”
With this shared vision, they founded Acquire Modular Pvt Ltd in June 2022. “Our goal is to leverage our collective experience and passion to create innovative solutions in the modular construction industry,” asserts Mr Arun.

Mr Arun notes, “The primary challenges in our industry are maintaining high quality with the right raw materials and meeting strict delivery schedules.” AMPL employs several effective strategies to overcome these challenges.
“We ensure top-notch quality by providing detailed testing certificates for our raw materials and adhering to a strict Zero Defect Policy, supported by our dedicated in-house Quality Control team,” explains Mr Deependra.

“Our pre-production meetings involve all core members to ensure zero defects. Following these, we offer innovative designs, competitive pricing, and detailed show drawings with render images.”
Meeting deadlines is a priority at AMPL. Mr Deependra explains, “We manage production schedules, operate on a two-shift system when needed, and increase manpower during peak periods. Our in-house installation team ensures projects are delivered on time and meet clients’ expectations.” He adds, “Our post-installation audits and real-time production updates guarantee timely and satisfactory project completion.”
The success of AMPL is fueled by a combination of extensive corporate experience and specialised expertise in the infrastructure sector. Mr Arun shares, “My background in corporate management pairs perfectly with the deep industry knowledge that Deependra brings from the infrastructure sector.”
Equally important to AMPL’s success is the strength of their team, particularly in the second line of leadership. Mr Deependra adds, “Our Head of Production, Mr Kuldeep Singh, and his dedicated team play a crucial role in executing our vision and maintaining our operational excellence.”

Entering a highly competitive market was a significant challenge for AMPL. Mr Arun explains, “To establish our brand amidst intense competition, we needed to stand out. We offered mockups whenever possible and committed to using only the highest quality materials.”
To further enhance their standards, AMPL brought retired industry consultants on board. Mr Arun notes, “Their expertise has been crucial in maintaining superior quality in our furniture and operations.”

Even I take on multiple roles—whether it’s stepping in to assist the team as an intern, handling sales, or making strategic decisions.
