Known for revitalising the schools he leads, Dr. Satyanarayana has consistently worked to create learner-friendly environments built on inclusion, innovation, and improved infrastructure. A Career Dedicated to Progress

Dr. Satyanarayana’s academic foundation is as distinguished as his professional life. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and History, followed by a B.Ed. in Mathematics and English Methods from Osmania University. He also pursued a Master of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Education from Madurai Kamaraj University. To strengthen his role as an advocate for educational reform, he earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kakatiya University. He also holds postgraduate diplomas in Teaching English from the Regional Institute of Education, Bangalore, and in Human Rights from the University of Hyderabad.

Dr. Satyanarayana began his career as a Special Teacher at MPPS Devagudem, later moving on to positions at ZPHS Dwaraka and ZPHS Dandepally. He went on to serve as Headmaster at several schools, including ZPHS Mulkalla, GHS Old Mancherial, ZPHS Gangapur, Theegalpahad, Mamidipally, and currently, ZPSS Toopran. In each role, he introduced meaningful reforms, raised academic standards, and strengthened ties between schools and local communities. In addition to his role as Headmaster, he also holds the post of Mandal Educational Officer for Toopran in the Medak district.

Beyond his role as an educator, Dr. Satyanarayana is a passionate advocate for teachers’ rights. As the State General Secretary of the Progressive Recognised Teachers Union (PRTU) Telangana, he represents educators on critical policy platforms. He also serves as Secretary General of the Teachers Joint Action Committee and Vice Chairman of the Telangana Government Employees Joint Action Committee. In these roles, he actively participates in legislative discussions aimed at improving working conditions and protecting the dignity of teachers and government employees.
