Sisco Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (SRL) was founded with a bold vision—to put India on the global map for fine and specialty laboratory chemicals. What started as a small 250 sq. ft. laboratory in the outskirts of Mumbai in India has now grown into a powerhouse of scientific innovation, with over 9,000 products spanning reagents, biochemicals, and organic intermediates. The industry is highly competitive, and standing out requires more than just expertise. “Develop skills beyond science. Project management, communication, and data analysis can be game-changers in your career.” For those considering entrepreneurship, he encourages taking the leap. “If you have a great idea, go for it.
