Notable challenges that every business faces are the never-ending cycle of poor demand, slow revenue, long sales cycles, shrinking margins, loss of market share, and low team motivation. These sales issues are often like impending storms; they build gradually but can shake the very foundations of a business when they finally hit. What’s unfortunate is many companies don’t recognise these challenges until they escalate into crises.

Now imagine a company that doesn’t just advise but jumps in the trenches with you. Bizwin, led by seasoned sales expert Aurijit Ganguli, was created to do exactly that. Rather than handing over complex strategies that often get lost in daily routines, Bizwin transforms B2B sales by working alongside its clients, hands-on and fully engaged. For businesses facing slow growth, shrinking profits, or long sales cycles, Bizwin’s approach offers a refreshing change—personalised, effective solutions that clients can see working in real-time.

A Hands-On Consulting Experience

Founded in 2014, Bizwin Consulting is dedicated to transforming B2B sales management and has established itself as a specialised consulting firm with a focus on execution and outcome. With a dedicated team of 10 experienced consultants and strategically located offices in Bangalore, New York, and Stockholm, Bizwin has successfully partnered with over 30 clients, including renowned names like Oracle, TVS Group, and Cosmo First.

The firm operates with a mission to deliver customer success at a speed and cost that guarantees immediate payback and maximum ROI for its clients. Its vision is to become one of the most respected global management consulting firms for B2B sales. Guided by core values of Empathy, Energy, Excellence, Ethics, and Effectiveness, Bizwin ensures that its consulting services resonate with clients, emphasising a hands-on approach that delivers tangible results.

The Man at the Helm

Aurijit Ganguli, the Founder and Managing Director of Bizwin Consulting, is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience across multinational and cross-cultural environments. His track record speaks volumes, having consistently driven demand generation, revenue, and profit growth for different companies across North America, Europe, and India. Throughout his career, Aurijit has held influential leadership roles in sales and marketing at various organisations—from small and mid-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 giants like LG and Oracle. Known for his ability to manage, grow, and motivate multi-locational teams, Aurijit has led impressive business outcomes year after year.

Reflecting on his journey, Aurijit notes,

“Having worked in multiple organisations, I have observed that companies often bring in external Consultants and Trainers to improve their Sales processes. While these external entities introduce fresh perspectives and valuable insights, the reality is that the Management and Sales teams are usually caught up in daily firefighting, which leads to quick forgetfulness of new learnings.”

Recognising this gap in the market, Aurijit saw a significant opportunity for change. Joined by Susheel, as founder-director, who shared his vision, they founded Bizwin. Over time, the team grew to include key talents like Anjan, Shantanu, and Ram, establishing a solid foundation for Bizwin’s operations. As Bizwin expanded globally, Gary joined the U.S. office, Bala took the helm in Stockholm, and Jubin and Rahul became part of the team, further strengthening its core capabilities. In recent years, Sundar, Sangeeta, and Anshuman came on board, bringing fresh energy and perspectives.

With their combined experience, Aurijit and his team compiled proven techniques to design practical tools and templates, creating a high-touch, hands-on consulting model. “Unlike traditional consulting firms, we rolled up our sleeves and dove into the trenches with our customers,” Aurijit emphasises.

This hands-on approach resonated with clients, who quickly began to see tangible results. “Once they started experiencing faster conversions and higher growth, they wanted to stay with us. We ensured they viewed us as part of their extended team rather than just an external entity,” Aurijit shares.

Bizwin's team-building philosophy also sets it apart. New team members are on-boarded only through strong referrals from existing members, ensuring a deep alignment with the firm’s core values. “We’re always looking for bright minds to enrich our team,” Aurijit adds. Tragically, Sundar, a core team member, passed away last year—a loss keenly felt by all at Bizwin.

Bizwin’s Core Offerings

Bizwin offers a range of consulting services specifically tailored for B2B companies, categorised into three core areas:

The first category is Sales Improvement Consulting, designed for the sales and account management teams of any B2B company. This service aims to enhance demand generation, improve proposal conversion, shorten sales cycles, and aid faster account growth, ultimately leading to sustainable revenue growth.

Next is Value Selling Consulting, which caters to all revenue generation teams of high-performance B2B companies. “This approach provides a transformational advancement in sales and account management strategies,” Aurijit explains. The result is often higher margins and significant revenue growth for clients.

Their third offering is Talent Transformation Consulting and Workshops. This is aimed at leaders and employees who carry revenue responsibilities at ambitious B2B organisations. “We equip teams with the techniques to face the VUCA world,” Aurijit states. This service focuses on ensuring deep, structural transformation rather than just temporary, transactional improvements.

To date, Bizwin has successfully partnered with clients in the IT and manufacturing sectors. Every client has experienced a significant upswing in business results, including revenue growth, margin improvement, superior competitiveness, enhanced team motivation, and sustainable performance.

The Bizwin Advantage

Bizwin stands out as a specialised consulting firm dedicated to the sales management of B2B companies. Bizwin is one of the very few management consulting firms in the world that offers strategic, tactical, and administrative aspects of sales management under one roof.

“With our SAGE Framework and ADVICE methodology, we help our clients diagnose the root causes of their challenges and implement customised solutions that deliver time-bound results,” Aurijit explains.

What truly sets Bizwin apart from competitors is its focus on execution and outcome rather than merely providing fancy strategies.

Aurijit emphasises, “Instead of handing over lengthy reports or lectures, we guide our clients to achieve time-bound business results.”

With a collective experience of 300 person-years, Bizwin prides itself on delivering proven and practical solutions. “We treat every customer engagement as distinct and deliver what is suitable for them,” he adds.

Values-Driven Success

For Bizwin, success is measured by the achievements of its clients. “Our biggest achievement is the success we enable for those we work with,” Aurijit states. “Our greatest recognition comes from the glowing testimonials of our clients—95% of them are reference-able, any time.”

While challenges are inevitable for any business, Bizwin’s experienced team has proved to be a pillar of resilience.

With an average of 25 years of experience in the industry, the team is built on mutual respect, competence, integrity, and empathy. “By God’s grace, we haven’t faced any major obstacles,” Aurijit shares. Their deep expertise and strong values equip Bizwin to handle any issues that arise.

Balancing Technology and Expertise

Bizwin has started incorporating Generative AI into its processes, though it remains on an ad-hoc and limited basis for now. While Aurijit recognises the efficiency AI can bring to certain tasks, he believes that the core success of consulting lies in the human element. “AI can speed up specific processes, but it can’t replace the acumen and hands-on experience of a seasoned consultant,” he remarks.

On a lighter note, he recalls a humorous remark from the CEO of one of their biggest clients, “We pay you so high so that we don’t make the mistakes that you guys may have made as business leaders in your global careers.”

Sustainability and CSR

Bizwin is also committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. “All our contracts, content, tools, and templates are managed electronically and deployed in digital formats. We are a zero-paper company,” Aurijit states. Additionally, the firm donates a certain percentage of its profits to humanitarian causes every year, reflecting its dedication to making a positive impact beyond business.

What Lies Ahead for Bizwin

Bizwin is currently focused on a significant global project with one of the largest IT MNCs in the world. While the details remain confidential, Aurijit hints at the significance of this partnership for the company.

Looking ahead, Aurijit envisions substantial revenue growth and an expansion of their global clientele over the next five years. “Our vision is not just to become a multibillion-dollar company or a 10,000-person organisation,” he explains.

“We aim to achieve market recognition that is on par with what top consulting firms like Bain, BCG, or McKinsey enjoy. If we can accomplish this even with a 50-person team, we are fine. We will know that we have arrived there when our revenue per consultant is the same as that of these global biggies.”
