M. R. Electronics Private Limited Takes Steps to Protect Innovative Air Cooler Design

M. R. Electronics Private Limited Takes Steps to Protect Innovative Air Cooler Design
2 min read

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (India), September 11, 2024: M. R. Electronics Private Limited, a Ghaziabad-based company, has recently taken significant steps to safeguard its intellectual property rights concerning an innovative air cooler design. The company, situated at A-7, 125, and A-7, 126, South Side, G.T. Road Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, U.P. - 201002, has filed an application for design registration under the Design Act, 2000.

It has come to the company’s attention that certain entities and individuals have been misusing M. R. Electronics’ air cooler design. These parties have allegedly adopted identical or deceptively similar designs without obtaining proper consent, license, or authorisation from M. R. Electronics Private Limited.

Therefore, as a means to safeguard these designs, the company has taken steps to register some of them, including Design Nos: 370105-001 and 352394-001. M. R. Electronics is confident that its remaining designs will be registered soon.

Such unauthorized use of the company’s design not only infringes upon M. R. Electronics’ intellectual property rights but also constitutes a clear violation of the Design Act, 2000. This act of design infringement poses a significant threat to the company’s business interests and undermines the principles of fair competition in the market.

In light of these developments, M. R. Electronics Private Limited has issued a stern warning to potential infringers. The company has made it clear that it will not hesitate to pursue all available legal avenues against any individual or entity found to be violating its intellectual property rights.

The public is hereby advised that any unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of M. R. Electronics’ air cooler design may result in severe legal consequences. Violators will be held accountable for all costs and repercussions arising from their actions.

This move by M. R. Electronics Private Limited serves as a reminder of the importance of respecting intellectual property rights in the business world. It also highlights the need for companies to remain vigilant and proactive in protecting their innovations and designs.
