The CEO Magazine spoke with Neil Savant (Founder) and Geetica Srivastava (Co-Founder) of NUOS on how they are transforming smart living in India. They discuss intelligent automation across homes, businesses, and metro projects, sharing insights on innovation, sustainability, and future-ready solutions.

Mission & Vision:

NUOS creates accessible, sustainable, and intelligent automation solutions. We use smart technology to improve infrastructure and daily life. Our goal is to become the most reputable automation brand in India.

TCM: What core services or solutions does your organisation provide?

Geetica: With the help of NUOS Automation's Zigbee-based Smart Switches, Sensors, and Wireless BMS, you can control lights, air conditioners, curtains, locks, and more with a touch, voice, or app. We provide scalable automation for homes, businesses, and large infrastructures using patented technology, user-friendly design, and dependable local support.

TCM: How do you tailor your services to meet the unique needs of each client or project?

Geetica: In order to provide customized automation, NUOS takes a consultative approach, learning about each client's architecture, infrastructure requirements, and way of life.

Our modular solutions scale easily from a 2BHK apartment to multi-station infrastructure, from smart magnetic-fit panels with voice control for homes to motion sensors and energy dashboards for retail establishments and Zigbee-powered wireless BMS for metros.

TCM: What trends are currently shaping the Indian real estate sector, and how is your company adapting to or leading those trends?

Geetica: Smart homes, digital infrastructure, ESG compliance, and sustainability are all trends in Indian real estate. This change is driven by NUOS's wireless BMS for metros and complexes, Zigbee-enabled living, and energy-efficient automation.

NUOS provides ESG-ready, intelligent, and future-proof spaces thanks to its more than ten years of research and development experience and Made-in-India intellectual property.

TCM: How has digital transformation or technology adoption played a role in your operations or client engagement?

Neil: Technology powers everything at NUOS. Our Zigbee-based systems ensure local control without internet, while cloud dashboards, mobile apps, and voice assistants add convenience.

Internally, digital tools in CRM, planning, and support enable fast, data-driven delivery empowering our team to scale consistently.
