Offerings and differentiating factors

The city of Joy, Kolkata, saw a major growth in size, population, and modern infrastructure over the last decade or so, and with it, the real estate industry became a major player in the socio-economic set up of the state.   • 1993-

Vinayak group after setting a strong foothold in Kolkata's Real Estate Market later expanded to Vishakhapatnam in 1993. In Vishakhapatnam, the company built the city's first ever A.C mall and meanwhile completed several other projects in North Kolkata.

  • 2000

The Company has emerged as one of the promising names in the real-estate horizon while completing 23 projects successfully in Kolkata and Vishakhapatnam.

  • 2007-

It became an eventful year when the next generation (Rahul Kyal) joined after completing his MBA. Vinayak also became one among the top nine companies of West Bengal to form an assisted sector company with the West Bengal Housing Board.

  • 2010-

Vinayak Group gets headquartered at a coveted South Kolkata location and has become a force to reckon with over the years, with its forte being land acquisitions at an extraordinary pace.

Mr. Umesh Kyal

A Calcutta University graduate (accounts) is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Vinayak Group. Under his leadership, and with over 2 Million square feet of residential and commercial projects, the group has become one of the city's most active and fast growing real estate development companies. His long-term perspective and fundamental respect for the cyclical nature of the industry continues to provide the group with the fiscal discipline to manage its assets and conduct its activities in ways that help the company derive most value and opportunity out of each cycle. Mr. Kyal began his career as a real estate investor in 1985 and concurrently, began developing small & mid-sized residential and commercial properties in Kolkata and Vishakhapatnam. With a focused understanding of the market trends and one on one interaction with the end-users, he takes an innovative approach to deal structuring and has a unique understanding and ability to manage risk. With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Kyal has earned great respect among all his industry peers and shares a great rapport with the government authorities. He has championed the development of mixed-use properties across a broad range of Kolkata and its neighborhoods with over 2,000 residential units developed and sold. Mr.Kyal is also involved in many charitable organizations and sits on several charitable trusts.
