On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Concorde Group gathered at Napa Valley, Kanakapura Main Road on 4^th June 2017, to take the pledge to save our planet. The imperative is on us to save the environment in our individual capacity, yet be part of a collective that is willing to make the effort to leave a conducive environment for future generations.

The chief guest for the ceremony was Saalumarada Thimmakka, 105 years old and going strong. Having planted over 1 Lakh trees across Karnataka for more than 80 years and recognised as a National Citizen, she was honoured by BBC as one of the most inspirational women in the world in 2016. Saalumarada Thimmakka is a true force of nature and an inspiration to anyone who thinks that they alone cannot save our planet. She has shown that every sapling planted makes a big difference.

The villas at Napa Valley are set amidst 110 acres of outdoors, a rare occurrence in present day Bangalore.
