Robotics, a technology that has been created to ease the solutions provided today, maybe taking over the world in the next few years which is feared by many. A consultancy firm, McKinsey surveyed and discovered that between 400 and 800 million individuals around the world could be displaced by automation and would need to find new jobs by 2030.
Replacing humans with jobs is evident today as the automated jobs are taken over by the Artificial Intelligence-powered chat-bots and intelligent robots today, humans will eventually be put in a situation where they will be guided by a robot boss. However, if we look at it from a different side, the most threatening fact is that people trust robots more than their managers and that they are better at doing certain tasks than their managers like maintaining work schedules and providing unbiased information, than their human counterparts.

Not only this, the researchers are looking to extend the positives of this technology to tackle famine, lend a hand in creating antibiotics, and even wipe out an entire species such as malaria-spreading mosquitoes.
